Family Fun Sports Day at Worthington Park

Hosted by Trafford Community Leisure Trust and Friends of Wortington Park

This will prove to be the biggest and best family fun day of the year in Sale, and that’s a promise!  Our packed menu includes tai chi demonstrations, donkey rides, a penalty shoot-out and 5-a-side tournament, a tug of war for you fit ‘dads and lads’, a military fitness display and cheerleaders and music from local bands to liven everyone up.  Plus, to delight our young visitors, we are repeating our teddy bears picnic again!  Teddies of all shapes and sizes welcome and rugs and food are provided.

ALSO, NOT TO BE MISSED! Health Walk – if you fancy a brisk walk with the regular Worthington Park health walkers please join them for 3 ½ laps around the park at 12noon.  Great for all ages and abilities.  Meet at the Bowls Pavilion near the Broad Road entrance to the park.
